Copper Inlay on Rosewood Sign
This rustic sign was created from planks of rosewood joined to make a single panel and laser engraved with a family household logo. For the inlay, 8-gauge wire was flattened using a rolling mill, annealed, and fit into the engraving by hand. After sanding, the sign was coated with a polyurethane spray for gloss and protection.
